Meh. Win 10 major updates also frequently have wonky graphic driver behavior, also often resulting in performance drops. Been seeing this exact same story since I first got in to PC gaming in the XP days. Service Pack releases and people find a performance impact, and driver update to address it.

I can still easily replicate the issue anytime. The stutters were usually about every 5 seconds. When I do disable the "LightingService (32bit)" in Task Manager the micro-stutters instantly disappear, & re-appear when I run the "LightingService (32bit)", I don't even have to quit the game I'm running while doing/testing this.

I have strange issue. While playing League of Legends I have pretty low FPS, around 80 with some sudden drops. That's strange because my CPU and GPU utilization does not exceed 30 %. I cannot increase it further. I have FPS cap set to 120 FPS. Other games can reach 100% GPU utilization with ease. All drivers up to date. Where can be source of

So I recently installed an Asus TUF 4090 and Ive been using some games to benchmark it, Im getting really low FPS in the following games: 1080p:Spiderman (Max Settings) - 70FPS AVGCyberpunk (Max RT and Settings) - 60FPS AVG. Before you start berating me about the resoultion, I use a 360HZ monitor so thats why I like to play at 1080p.
Posted December 16, 2022. So i recently upgraded from 2060 super to a 4080 16 gb . Bought a new 850 W 80+ platinum supply for it . Booted with the new card , installed the latese nvidia driver ( used the clean install to uninstall the old driver files and cofing) . Booted later Cod Warzone 2 , video setting i made them competitive for more fps
Driver 23.2.1 fixed a lot of issues for me, but I'm still getting lower than expected performance in some games, and DX12/Vulkan games still stutter, though now to a lesser extent. Halo Infinite had a big improvement - almost no stutter, but performance is still not significantly better than my previous RX 6800.
Try removing League of Legends, Adobe AIR and PMB and then install that Client. It will improve your game, I have 60 fps locked with 1gb ddr3 graphics Reply
